Would you like to reward your taste-buds with the culinary delights of Westchester's most renowned chefs, while also helping neighbors struggling with poverty? On Tuesday, November 19th from 7:00pm - 10:00pm the Club Chefs of Westchester will team up with Part of the Solution (POTS) for the eighth annual Harvest Dine-Around at the Hampshire Country Club, 1025 Cove Road, Mamaroneck, New York.

The event showcases the talented chefs behind the exquisite culinary experiences offered at New York's top private clubs. Each year, they take time out of their busy schedules to support New Yorkers living in poverty. Because of the steadfast support of the talented chefs who make the event possible, this year POTS will honor Club Chefs of Westchester.

The Dine-Around raises critical funds that provide POTS clients not only with meals, a hot shower, a haircut, a secure mailbox, and other essential services, but also with the social supports, legal counsel, and career advice that help them achieve stability and ultimately self-sufficiency. Each year, POTS helps over 30,000 homeless and other needy persons who are our neighbors in the Bronx and greater New York City.

This year's Dine-Around will feature an array of modern cuisine and comfort-food favorites in the true spirit of the harvest season. Guests will sample selections from several of Westchester's best-known country clubs, including those in the Rye area. In addition, tastings will be available from local purveyors of fine food, wine, beer, coffee, and desserts, courtesy of Baldor Specialty Foods. Guests are encouraged to bring a hearty appetite.

"The Harvest Dine-Around has become an incredibly important annual fall tradition and has raised over a quarter million dollars in critical funds for POTS," said Christina Hanson, POTS Executive Director. "In this season of thankfulness, I think that just sharing what you have with your neighbors gives an incomparable feeling. I want especially to thank our honorees, the Club Chefs of Westchester, for their ongoing commitment to our community," she added.
